Refund Policy

This policy explains when OET Ultimacy does and does not give refunds. OET Ultimacy is a trading name of Ultimacy Courses LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, and is operated from Egypt by Dr Ahmed Elgendy.
Think you are owed a refund? Talk to us first.
Email support@oetultimacy.com and we will look at your case straight away. We would always rather put something right ourselves than have you go to your bank. Raising a dispute is slower for you, it freezes the payment while your bank investigates, and it stops us from simply fixing the problem. Whatever you make of this policy, contact us first and you will get a faster answer.
Please also know that if a payment is reversed through your bank, your access is suspended and your account is closed while the case is open, and both are restored in full if it is decided in our favour.
1. What this policy covers
We sell two different things, and they have different refund rules:
- Ultimacy Premium is the membership bought on this website. It appears at checkout as “OET Ultimacy Premium” and on your bank statement as OET ULTIMACY. It unlocks the whole practice platform instantly for a fixed period. Section 3 applies. The Ultimacy Special Collection add-on, described in section 2, is bought and refunded on the same terms.
- OET Ultimacy Courses are our taught preparation courses, together with the letter corrections and speaking mocks that come with them or are bought on their own. These are delivered over time rather than all at once, so they are more generously refundable. Section 4 applies.
Sections 3 and 4 describe refunds for purchases made on this website. Purchases made inside our apps are paid through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and section 9 applies to them instead.
2. What you are buying with Ultimacy Premium
Ultimacy Premium is a one-time purchase that gives you access to the whole platform for a fixed period. There is nothing to unlock in stages and nothing is delivered later:
- Every premium feature becomes available to you the moment your payment is confirmed: the Listening, Reading and Writing mocks, single-part sittings, the exam recalls library, Listening Part A recalls practice, the vocabulary tools and the member groups.
- Your access runs for the period you bought, and then ends. It does not renew automatically, and nothing is ever charged to your card again unless you choose to buy another period yourself.
- The price and the length of access are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
The Ultimacy Special Collection add-on. The Special Collection is a set of exclusive practice exams, currently 20 in total: 10 Reading and 10 Listening. It comes at no extra cost with any OET Ultimacy Course. Anyone else may add it to their account for a single extra payment, either by selecting it on the Ultimacy Premium checkout page or by buying it on its own while a subscription is running.
- One payment, never repeated. The add-on is a one-time purchase at the price shown on the checkout page before you pay. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and it is never charged to your card again.
- Delivered immediately. The Special Collection is unlocked on your account the moment your payment is confirmed, and all 20 exams are open to you from that moment. Nothing is posted, scheduled or delivered later.
- It requires an active Ultimacy Premium subscription to be opened. The add-on stays on your account permanently and never expires, but the exams inside it can only be opened while a subscription is running. If your subscription ends, the Special Collection closes with it, and it opens again the moment you renew with nothing further to pay. You are told this on the checkout page, beside the price, before you pay.
- Bought on its own, it adds no subscription time. It buys the Special Collection and nothing else. For that reason it is only offered to students whose subscription is already active.
3. Ultimacy Premium refunds

Because the platform is delivered to you in full the moment payment is confirmed, all payments are final and non-refundable once your account has been granted access, regardless of how much of the content you actually use. This applies to all plans.
The Special Collection add-on is treated the same way. It is delivered to your account in full the moment payment is confirmed, so it is final and non-refundable once granted. If we do refund a payment that included it, the Special Collection is removed from the account at the same time, unless you paid for it separately on another order that still stands.
There is no right to pause or freeze a membership. We may agree to do so at our discretion, for example if your exam is postponed or in case of illness, but that is a courtesy we choose to extend, never something you are entitled to.
4. OET Ultimacy Course refunds
Which refund applies depends on what you bought and how far along you are. Course Content means your recorded lectures and PDF materials. Claimable Services means the letter corrections and speaking mocks included with a course or bought separately.

Only Claimable Services are refundable after activation, whether they came with a Course or were bought on their own. Course Content is never refundable once activated, because you have received it. The only thing a refund can cover after activation is the letter corrections and speaking mocks you have not yet used.
The 30-day limit is about money, not access. After 30 days from activation nothing is refundable, but your corrections and mocks remain usable for the rest of your window. What ends at 30 days is the ability to convert them back into money, not your right to use them.
5. Your consent to immediate delivery
This section applies to Ultimacy Premium and to the Special Collection add-on, both of which are delivered in full and immediately.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to OET Ultimacy beginning delivery of this digital content to you immediately, before any statutory cancellation or cooling-off period, where one would otherwise apply, has expired. You acknowledge that by giving this consent you lose any right you might otherwise have had to cancel the contract and receive a refund once delivery has begun.
This applies in particular to the 14-day cancellation right that would otherwise be available under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and under the EU and Irish Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)), for consumers in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the European Union.
6. Rights we cannot and do not exclude
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you have that the law does not allow us to exclude, restrict or modify. This includes, without limitation:
- The consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, and under which you remain entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if the content is not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or materially different from how it was described.
- Your rights under Chapter 3 of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of digital content that does not conform to this contract.
- Your rights under Directive (EU) 2019/770 to have non-conforming digital content brought into conformity, or to a price reduction or termination.
- Any non-excludable implied warranty available to you under the law of your home country.
If any part of this policy is found to conflict with a right you cannot lawfully waive, that part does not apply to you, and the rest of this policy remains in effect.
7. Billing errors and technical failures
This policy is about changing your mind. It is not about us getting something wrong. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access what you paid for because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will put it right or refund the affected payment.
8. How to contact us about a payment
Email support@oetultimacy.com with the email address you used to pay and the date of the payment. We decide within 24 hours of receiving a complete request, and we tell you the outcome and the exact figures. If something has gone wrong with a payment, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank, because we can almost always resolve it faster ourselves.
9. Purchases made in the apps
This section covers anything you buy inside the OET Ultimacy app for Android, through Google Play, or for iPhone, through the Apple App Store. Each of these is a “Store”. What you buy is sold by Ultimacy Courses LLC, which trades as OET Ultimacy, but the Store bills you and takes the payment.
- Our policy. OET Ultimacy does not refund purchases made through a Store. They are final once the Store confirms your payment, and the refund rules in sections 3 and 4 do not apply to them.
- Asking the Store. A refund request for a Store purchase goes to Google (through Google Play) or to Apple (through reportaproblem.apple.com), not to us. They decide it under their own rules, which can differ by country.
- When a Store refunds, access ends. If the Store refunds a purchase, the access that purchase gave you ends at the same time, together with anything that came with it, such as the Premium time included with a Course. Other purchases on your account are not affected.
- Immediate delivery. What you buy in the apps unlocks as soon as the Store confirms your payment. When you confirm the purchase, you ask us to deliver it immediately, as described in section 5. Where the law gives you a cancellation right for digital content, the Store’s own terms explain how it works for purchases made through the Store.
- On your statement. The charge appears under the Store’s name. The Store’s receipt shows what you bought.
- If something is wrong on our side. If you paid and your access did not appear, or what you bought does not work as described, write to us as described in section 8 and add the order number from the Store’s receipt. We will put it right.
- Your legal rights. Section 6 applies to purchases made in the apps. Nothing in this policy limits a right you cannot lawfully give up.
