Intellectual Property Policy

OET Ultimacy is a trading name of Ultimacy Courses LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operated from Egypt by Dr Ahmed Elgendy. This policy explains how we treat the intellectual property of other people, and how to reach us if you believe something on www.oetultimacy.com (the "Service") is yours.

Email support@oetultimacy.com and we will acknowledge it within 48 hours. A message to us reaches a person who can actually remove or change the material. We would much rather fix a genuine problem quickly than have it decided by a payment processor or a host where neither of us can explain the facts.

1. Our position

We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect the same respect for our own. It is our policy to respond promptly and in good faith to any clear notice of alleged copyright, trademark or other intellectual property infringement, and to remove or correct material where a notice is well founded.

OET Ultimacy is an independent exam preparation provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment (CBLA), the owner of the OET trademark, nor by any other publisher of preparation materials. Where we refer to a third party by name, we do so to describe or compare, not to suggest any association.

2. Please contact us first

If you believe any material on the Service infringes a right you hold, please write to us at support@oetultimacy.com before filing a notice with a payment processor, hosting provider, domain registrar or search engine.

3. What to include in your notice

The location. The full URL or URLs on the Service where the material appears, and enough description of where on the page to find it.
The work. The title, description or identification of the protected work you say has been used, and where an authorised copy of it can be seen if one is published.
Your contact details. Your full name, postal address, email address and telephone number, and the rights holder you act for if that is not you.
A good faith statement. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use complained of is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
A statement of accuracy. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.
Your signature. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. What happens next

We acknowledge every notice within 48 hours of receiving it. That acknowledgement will tell you either what we have already done, or exactly what we still need from you. Where a notice is clear and well founded, we remove or correct the material and confirm it to you in writing.

Removing material is not an admission of liability, and asking a question about a notice is not a refusal to act on it. If we disagree with a notice we will say so plainly, and explain why, rather than simply not replying.

5. If you believe we removed something in error

If we have removed or disabled material you provided and you believe that was a mistake, or that you are authorised to use the material, write to support@oetultimacy.com with your full contact details, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement that you have a good faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your physical or electronic signature. We will review what you send and restore the material if we agree.

6. Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly submit, upload or share material that infringes the rights of others. Sharing paid course material outside your own account is separately a breach of our Terms of Service and is treated the same way.

7. Our own material

The simulator software, the interface, the answer explanations, the study planner and the original teaching material on the Service are ours. Access is personal to the account that bought it. Reproducing, reselling, republishing or sharing that material outside your own account is not permitted.
